- Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- If Luxointerior LLC is unable to commence or complete the project due to unforeseen internal circumstances.
- If the client cancels the project within the stipulated cancellation period.
- If the services delivered are significantly different from what was agreed upon in the contract.
- If there is a proven defect in the materials provided by Luxointerior LLC.
- If delays caused by Luxointerior LLC exceed 60 days beyond the agreed completion timeline without valid justification.
- Non-Refundable Situations
A refund will not be issued in the following cases:
- If the client changes their mind after work has commenced and significant progress has been made.
- If the refund request is due to external factors such as market changes, financial constraints, or personal preferences.
- If the dissatisfaction arises from subjective opinions and not from a failure to meet agreed specifications.
- If delays are caused due to client-side factors such as delayed approvals, changes in requirements, or lack of communication.
- If a project has been completed and the client has approved the final work.
- If the refund request is made beyond 30 days from project completion.
- Refund Process
If a client believes they are eligible for a refund, they must follow the steps outlined below:

- Service Cancellation & Refunds
Clients who wish to cancel their projects may be entitled to a refund based on the stage of completion:
- Cancellation within 48 hours of contract signing - Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
- Cancellation within 7 days of contract signing – 75% refund of the total amount paid.
- Cancellation after 7 days but before design finalization – 50% refund.
- Cancellation after design finalization but before execution – 25% refund.
- Cancellation after execution begins – No refund.
- Refunds for Physical Products (Furniture & Decor)
For clients who purchase furniture or decor items through Luxointerior LLC, the following refund conditions apply:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and labels intact.
- A restocking fee of 15% applies to all returned items.
- Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

- Modifications Instead of Refunds
Where possible, we encourage clients to opt for modifications instead of refunds. If a client is dissatisfied with a design or service, we offer revisions to better align with their vision, ensuring satisfaction while avoiding unnecessary financial loss.
